BOOST Digital Marketing Enhancement for Primary Schools
Enhancement 1: BOOST Landing Page
To improve the parent experience, we would create a ‘digital experience’ which lets the parent access materials on their phones through a purpose-built landing page for each primary school.
The parent/student would scan a QR code using their phone to access the school’s bespoke landing page.
This moves the experience from offline to online.
Schools get:
- a single landing page for their school
- BOOST case studies
- why choose [school name]
- Headteacher quote
- current school videos placed here
- admission information.
Clear 'Call To Actions' (CTAs):
- book a tour
- download prospectus
- register interest
- open day registration form.
This would run along with the BOOST campaign and can be extended. We can produce weekly/monthly reports detailing usage and which CTAs actioned etc.
Enhancement 2: Increase Reach
To increase the reach of your primary school, we would run adverts on Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels, to reach parents within your target area.
This would include:
- design of digital assets based on the BOOST campaign
- set up the campaigns in Meta
- manage and optimise the campaign each month
- ad spend and 20-40 postcodes included
- reporting on campaign performance.
This would run for a minimum of 3 months, but for as many months as the client wishes
Enhancement 3: Always on Campaign
Here we run a BOOST digital campaign across one or more of the Paid Marketing channels such Google Ads, Meta Ads or Bing Ads
The idea would be to capture ‘intent’ based parents within your area who are actively looking for primary schools using search tools like Google.
This would ideally be an ‘always on campaign’, meaning it would run for 12 months of the year (with low season running cheaper than high season). An always on campaign will perform much better than a campaign you only run for short periods of time.
Campaign would include:
- keyword research and campaign setup
- advert and asset creation based on BOOST campaign
- monthly campaign management
- monthly reporting
- ad spend and 20-40 postcodes included.
