Online parent forms

It's confusing for parents when a child starts school, with forms to complete and information to read and understand. Typically, a folder or envelope with separate sheets of literature can add to the confusion… with sheets and small booklets easily mislaid.

It can unintentionally become an information gathering process…don't forget the person.

Perforated 'tear-off' forms…or online forms

In our printed Parent Handbooks, each form has a perforated edge, so parents simply complete it, tear it off and give it to the school.

You can also have online forms, where parents access your forms via your website and complete them online.

There are also sections featuring Key Information, FAQs, Policies, Term Times etc.

Three options

Option 1: Printed Parent Handbook with perforated forms to be completed by parent and returned to the school office.

Option 2: Digital Parent Handbook supplied as a pdf, placed on school website, with ‘active’ forms to be downloaded by parents to home computer, completed, saved and emailed to a designated email address (see examples below).

Option 3: Digital Parent Handbook supplied as a pdf, with google forms hosted on the school website, where parents complete online, with forms automatically submitted to a designated email address (see example here).
